AI Acceptable Use Policy

Scope and permitted use

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to uploaded photos, prompts, hairstyle requests, AI-generated images, analysis reports and conversations on BobHairFashion. Use our tools for lawful, nonsexual hairstyle advice and previews. Upload only photos you own or are authorized to use, with the depicted person's permission. A hairstyle preview must not be presented as an authentic photograph of an event or an endorsement.

Prohibited content

Do not request, upload, generate, store or distribute any of the following through our service:

1. Pornography / NSFW: nudity, sexually explicit imagery, sexual acts, fetish content or nonconsensual intimate imagery.
2. Violence / gore: graphic injury, mutilation, bloodshed, glorification of violence, threats, terrorism or instructions enabling violent harm.
3. Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens or promotes discrimination against people based on protected characteristics; hateful symbols or extremist propaganda.
4. Child-unsafe content / CSAM: any sexual depiction, sexualization, grooming or exploitation of minors, including AI-generated or fictional depictions. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation: deceptive or nonconsensual portrayals of real people, identity substitution, fake endorsements, sexual deepfakes or impersonation of a person or organization. An authorized, clearly labeled hairstyle preview that preserves identity does not authorize deceptive reuse.
6. Copyright / trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected images, logos or branding, counterfeit material, removal of rights notices, or content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights. Having access to an image does not establish permission to use it.

Bypassing safety checks, embedding instructions to evade review, harassment, fraud and unlawful use are also prohibited. These restrictions apply regardless of whether content is described as a joke, roleplay or a test.

AI models and image generation

Our bob, bangs, pixie and layered-hair preview tools use GPT Image 2, accessed through Kie AI using the gpt-image-2-image-to-image endpoint. See Kie AI's model information. Hair analysis and the image safety classifier currently use ByteDance Seed 1.6 Flash through OpenRouter. We are an independent service, not an official application or endorsed partner of these model providers.

Previews are AI-generated simulations, not guaranteed haircut outcomes. Examples are labeled separately from personal results. We update this disclosure when the deployed models change.

Content review

Before requesting a hairstyle image from Kie AI, our server sends the source photo and proposed hairstyle to a separate safety-classification call using the configured vision model. A second classification call checks the generated image before our application returns it to the user. A rejection, invalid classification response or unavailable classifier stops delivery; the failed request follows our existing credit-reversal flow. The classifier is an additional safeguard, not proof of consent, ownership or legal clearance, and may make mistakes.

Safety review involves processing images through OpenRouter and its model provider; generation involves Kie AI and its model provider. See our Privacy Policy. We do not claim that every report receives immediate human attention or that automated checks detect every violation. Reports and appeals are handled by the site operator using the support channels below. Review may include relevant account activity, the reported request or output, and evidence supplied by the reporter. We do not operate a public gallery of user-generated images.

Report a violation

Email support@bobhairfashion.com, or sign in and open a support ticket. Use “Content safety report” in the subject. Include the relevant page, request or account identifier, approximate time, the suspected violation and a way to contact you. For a rights complaint, identify the protected work or mark and your authority to act. Do not attach or redistribute suspected CSAM; provide identifiers or a location instead.

We prioritize child safety, credible threats and nonconsensual intimate content. Information is shared only as needed to investigate or meet legal obligations; absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Knowingly false or abusive reports are prohibited. These channels are not emergency services.

Enforcement and appeals

Depending on severity and evidence, we may reject a request, withhold an output, remove content we control, issue a warning, restrict or terminate access, and report suspected illegal activity where required by law. Serious violations may lead directly to termination without a prior warning. We cannot remove copies someone has downloaded or published elsewhere. Payment and refund decisions remain subject to applicable law and the purchase terms.

To challenge a block or enforcement decision, email support@bobhairfashion.com with “Content safety appeal,” the relevant identifier and your explanation. The operator will reconsider the evidence and correct mistaken restrictions where appropriate. Do not resubmit prohibited material with the appeal.
